Lifestyle Counselling
Through lifestyle counselling I teach the principles of healthy living to foster physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It takes into account mental attitudes, thoughts, emotions and stressors that may be contributing to disease. Meeting the patient where they are at in their healing journey enables the recommendation of healthier options to help patients achieve their health goals. Adding mindfulness to daily decisions can reduce stress levels, promote relaxation, facilitate communication and allow you to live a more harmonious and fulfilling life.
